Dry Fruits Milk Shake

An amazingly delicious summer cooler, dry fruits milkshake is a healthy recipe than you can have it every day. This shake recipe is prepared with almonds, apricot, walnuts and raisins. We can add and minus dry fruits according to our taste. This is an instant energy boost, that you can have during fasting days also. It is very easy to make it gets ready in few minutes.

It is the best choice to start your day with healthy drink, you can easily incorporate into daily breakfast routine. You can add vanilla essence to get more flavour to it.

Ingredients of Dry Fruits Milk Shake:

Milk chilled 3 cups

Apricot 1

Almonds 1/2 cup

Walnuts 1/4 cup

Pistachio 1/4 cup

Raisins 1/4 cup

Sugar 4 tsp

Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

Vanilla essence 1 drop

Steps to make Dry Fruits Milk Shake:

1. Soak dry fruits for 30 minutes.

2. In a blender, add almonds, raisins, apricot walnuts, sugar, vanilla essence , few spoon of milk, now blend it properly.
