
Monsoon evenings call for some snacking with a hot cup of tea or coffee. So, I thought of sharing this simple yet interesting recipe with you all. Made with some easily available ingredients, this Chickpea and Broccoli cutlet recipe can be prepared in just a few minutes without putting in much efforts. Broccoli Cutlet is a protein rich recipe. Loaded with essential vitamins and minerals, this simple recipe is a must try. Especially, for kids tiffin box . What’s more, if you are in a jiffy and want to treat your loved ones with something healthy as well as delicious, then this dish is perfect.

Ingredients:
Broccoli 1 cup finely chopped
Boiled Potato 2 medium
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Ghee / butter – 2 tsp for shallow fry
Steps and pictures:
1. Take boiled potatoes

2. Take washed broccoli

3. Chop broccoli finely

4. Mash potatoes add broccoli, ginger & garlic paste, cumin powder, garam masala, chat masala and salt.

5. Mix well all the above ingredients.

6. Divide the mixture into equal parts. If you unable to form patties add bread crumbs.I have formed patties without using bread crumbs.

7. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets on medium flame until it became golden brown.

8. Flip the side of cutlets and again shallow fry until it became golden brown it take little time.

9. Enjoy with green chutney
