Green chutney

Serving 1 small bowl


2 cups fresh coriander leaves washed

1 green chili

1/2 inch adarak

1/4 lemon juice

1/2 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp cumin

Water as per requirement for grinding.

Steps for making green chutney :

1. Take washed coriander leaves, green chili, ginger, cumin seeds and salt in a grinder jar.

2. Add water as per requirement and grind to a smooth chutney.

3. Remove the chutney in a bowl.

4. Add chaat masala and lemon juice.
